Jackie is an RICS Accredited Mediator and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with extensive experience in construction based disputes, a member of local neighbourhood mediation panel and active in the promotion of the Dispute Resolution division of the RICS.
She is employed full time as a professional in dispute resolution within construction and has over 20 years experience in the industry, throughout the UK, having worked for both main contractors and sub contractors.
Recent mediation cases include extension of time and contractual issues between a Contractor, Architect and the Client, a building contractor and home owner and a substantial compulsory purchase dispute.

Mediator/Commercial Manager/Claims Surveyor
Mediation construction, property, boundary and neighbourhood disputes. Advising clients (including sub contractors and main contractors) on Contractual Documentation, either on their position in contracts to which they are already signatories, or on Contracts which they are being requested to enter into.
Provision of Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management support for our Clients, which can consist of valuing and agreeing large sub contractor accounts, valuation of variation accounts to their clients and preparation of budget and cost/value reports.
Preparation of documentation to enable our Clients to apply for an Extension of Time, or defend such claims, preparation/ defence of Loss and Expenses Claims, provide expert reports on the value of Construction Work either direct or as an independent expert
